Products and scope

Standard, CPU-optimized, memory-optimized and storage-optimized virtual machines in predefined sizes, plus GPU instance families and other cloud services. Hardware and prices depend on the family and zone you choose. GPU access requires account validation.

Billing and pricing

On-demand resources are billed by the second with no long-term commitment. Prices are shown in EUR, CHF or USD depending on where your account is based, and exclude taxes. Local disk is not included in the instance price. Storage, snapshots, outbound traffic, licenses and support are billed separately.

Regions and availability

Individual GPU families are only available in certain zones and need account validation. Not every product is available in every location.

Support

Exoscale includes basic support and sells paid support tiers.
