Products and scope

Railway publishes Trial, Free, Hobby, Pro, and Enterprise plan information. Plan resource ceilings are account/service limits, not a fixed server configuration or guaranteed allocation for an individual workload.

Billing and pricing

The pricing documentation lists Free at $0/month, Hobby at $5/month, Pro at $20/month, and Enterprise custom, with usage charges for CPU, RAM, network egress, and volumes. Hobby includes $5 monthly usage and Pro includes $20; usage above the included amount is billed separately. The official page gives rates of $10/GB-month RAM, $20/vCPU-month CPU, $0.05/GB network egress, and $0.15/GB-month volume storage. Regions and availability

Railway documents platform regions and private networking. Service/volume location choices and capacity are subject to current platform options; no live inventory is reported here.

Support

Documentation and platform support options depend on the selected plan. The plan page describes Business Class Support as a Pro add-on and Enterprise inclusion; response times are not asserted.

Before you buy

The monthly subscription is not an all-inclusive fixed-price compute plan. Usage varies with actual service resource consumption. Volumes mount at runtime, not during build/pre-deploy, and require correct mount paths for persistence.
